We are known for our hearty portion sizes. Each meal contains 6 oz of cooked protein, 3 oz of starch, and 3 oz of vegetables. We do have smaller portioned meals–these are marked as (Lite – 8oz) and contain 4 oz of cooked protein, 2 oz starch and 2 oz vegetables.
We try to source as organically and as locally as possible. There are instances where our organic suppliers are unable to fulfill our orders. In these cases, rather than risk delivering an inconsistent product, we will opt for an alternate and possibly not organic supplier who can deliver the entire order. That being said, we are proud to serve only grass-fed beef, free-range and hormone-free poultry, cage-free eggs, wild-caught seafood, and non-GMO produce.

Each meal will contain heating instructions on the label. Before heating, open the top, remove any cold items, garnishes, or sauces, and place the top back on but not sealed. All microwaves vary but we find the best results between 1:45-2:30 minutes.
While we are more of a convenience-based meal service than a dietary meal service, we structure our menu with a health-conscious mindset. We avoid the overuse of butter, heavy cream, mayonnaise, and other unsaturated fats and focus on providing perfectly portioned and well-balanced meals. Our menu is extensive and provides plenty of options from clean and healthy to indulgently decadent and everything in between. Many see results simply due to the portion control our meals provide, but if you’d like assistance dialing in your meal plan, we’d be happy to connect you with our staff nutritionist.
You are able to add/delete/update payment info by logging in, clicking My Account, Billing Info, then selecting Add New Credit Card. Multiple cards can be saved to your file, select the one you want billed.
Your first charge will incur when you place your first order. Moving forward, you will be charged on Sundays. We are a subscription service and will generate a suggested order for the following week every Sunday. This order can be edited in any way you like as long as all changes are submitted by Friday at 2 PM. If you select fewer meals than were initially suggested, you will be automatically credited the difference. If you select more meals, you’ll be charged the difference.
You are never obligated to receive meals every week. To skip a week, log in and click My Account. Under Account Status, select SKIP NEXT WEEK. This will cancel next week’s order and credit your account. The credit will be automatically applied to your next order.
One delivery per week is $8. Two deliveries per week is $15.
To remove a payment method from your account, select Manage payment info from your Account page and Delete the payment method you want to remove. If you only have one payment method on file, you will be unable to remove it until after you add a new payment method. When a payment method is removed from your account, Fit Food Fresh will no longer be able to charge that payment method unless it is re-added to your account. Customer Service is unable to remove a specific payment method from your account.
We deliver to all of Southeast Florida, covering all of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties as well as Eastern Martin County.
We deliver overnight, with the food arriving between Midnight and 6 AM. Your meals will stay cold and fresh in insulated cooler bags with ice packs until you wake up Monday and/or Thursday morning. ***We have alternate delivery times available for office deliveries, which can be coordinated during your welcome call.
If the gate is manned 24 hours, we recommend adding Fit Food Fresh to your list of approved deliveries so you do not receive a phone call in the middle of the night. If the gate is unmanned, we are equipped to securely store a key FOB for your deliveries. Any access codes can be listed in Delivery Notes. When in doubt, give us a call–we will do whatever possible to provide a suitable delivery solution.
While we do not charge a bag deposit upon sign up, we do rely on reusing the cooler bags and icepacks. Simply leave the empty bags and icepacks outside ahead of your next delivery and our driver will make a swap. If you are canceling service or taking a break, let us know and we’ll arrange a pick-up. There is a bag fee that we intend to never charge–we will give you a second, third, fourth, fifth chance, etc to return the bags. The fee is $20 per bag and only charged when all other options are exhausted.
Even before the pandemic, our kitchen gets a full top-to-bottom deep cleaning after every single production day. Our flawless inspection record with the Division of Hotels and Restaurantscan be viewed on the state website. Our Servsafe certified kitchen staff has observed CDC-recommended mask and glove protocols since early March. Work stations have been altered to promote safe distance between staff members.
